The supported scope is exactly what appears in the service list or search results; not every service is available for every country or region. If it's listed it's supported; if it's not listed it isn't supported yet.
If the service you need is listed but the specific country or region isn't, and you don't have a strict location requirement, consider picking a number from another available region.
