- Search service: search “Zoom”, confirm price and stock, place order.
- Get number: pick country/carrier, click “Get number”, copy it; prefer US or local common carriers for lower risk.
- Enter on Zoom: paste during signup/new device/2FA; keep the SMS-Act order page open.
- Use the code: check your SMS-Act order page for it; if Zoom switches to a voice call, SMS-Act cannot receive it — swap to another number.
- Close the loop: after verification, change to your own phone or set backup codes to avoid temporary-number expiry.

- Failed orders: credits are returned to your account automatically if no code arrives within 15 minutes; contact support with the order ID for exceptions.
